The fact that, in the 21st century, 12% of the population suffers migraine attacks without adequate support in the workplace is as incomprehensible as it is unacceptable.
Therefore one in seven people in your company are in this situation. Now, if we all work together, the time has come to reverse this and to normalise a disease which, in itself, is enough of a problem for those of us who suffer from it.
Migraine sufferers greatly appreciate every gesture that helps us to achieve our goal.

Thank you for your time and attention.

For employers

A company that is sensitive and responsible towards issues such as
migraine for its employees is a company worthy of recognition and
one that everyone will be proud to be a part of.

At EMHA, we want to help you create a migraine-friendly workplace
and we will do everything we can to make it happen. Here is a first
guide so that we can start working together.

For employees

If you are a migraine sufferer, we hope that the Migraine Friendly Workplace project will contribute to a significant improvement in your daily life. If your company has not yet taken the initiative, we invite you to encourage them to join.

If you are not a migraine sufferer, we would like all this to increase your knowledge of the subject and to increase understanding and empathy for colleagues who suffer from migraine in silence.
