Body Scan (21 min)

Psychologist and mindfulness coach Lucía Rodríguez leads a “Body Scan” session. This mindfulness practice focuses attention on bodily sensations through a systematic, non-judgmental scan. It enhances body awareness, reduces stress, and connects mind and body, improving emotional regulation and well-being by fostering present moment awareness.
